Any cancelllation within 48 hours prior to the start of the class will result in a 50% refund of the total course cost. Refunds will not be given for cancellations 24 hours or less prior to the start of the class. Class cancellations must be made directly with a customer service representative by calling 305-651-1431. For any classes cancelled by Lifework Education, students will be given the option a no cost reschedule or a full refund. Refunds may take up to 5 business days to process.

No refunds will be issued for class books, shipping charges, or AHA online course key codes (for blended learning courses).

Tardiness:

Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to the start of the class. Students arriving after the start of the class will be considered a NO SHOW and will not be eligible for a refund. They may reschedule for a future date a 100% of the normal registration fee.

Course Completion Cards:

Course completion cards will not be issued until payment for the class has been made in full.
