This is a 2-day course. Students need to be able to perform high-quality BLS skills in conjunction with attendance to this course. Students MUST complete the Pre-course Self-Assessment and achieve a score of at least 70% before taking the classroom ACLS course. Students MUST print this Pre-course Self-Assessment score report and course completion certifiate and bring it to class. The course is structured as follows: • Core concepts are presented through course videos, instructor-led discussions, and case-based scenarios around manikin. • Students take an exam to confirm understanding of core concepts. • The instructor coaches’ students as they practice skills. • The instructor monitors as each student demonstrates skills proficiency as outlined in the skills testing checklist.
